General Conditions of Use
These website Terms and Conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) govern your access to and use of

(“The Sites”), both operated and managed by:
TZ Product & Business Development SL, with registered address at Avda. Conde Santa Bárbara 52, 1º, Lugones, Asturias (Spain),
VAT nr. ES B65742157, hereinafter “RothmansRacing”.
The only access to both websites and the realization of electronic commerce within implies the acceptance of these conditions of use.
Any products which are featured on the Sites can be purchased either by contacting the relevant sales team or by following the relevant link to store.rothmansracing.com. You will be made aware of the terms and conditions that apply to the product when you purchase it.
HOW TO ORDER
You need to be over 18 years old to place an order.
Insert the product into the carriage; complete the order by filling out a special form (hereinafter the “Order Form”) that will automatically appear on the screen once the selection is made. The Order Form contains the characteristics of the products, their price, the terms and conditions of payment and the costs of shipping; send the order form online to Rothmans Racing.
Once the order form is sent, Rothmans Racing will send a notification by email confirming the electronic registration of your order. Upon receipt of such confirmation, the contract will be concluded and the purchase order binding, subject in any case to the successful outcome of the payment.
No information contained in our product sheet may be considered as an offer; it is an invitation to offer and therefore we reserve the possibility of not accepting the order.
Prices and Payments
The prices applicable to each sale are published in conjunction with each single product on the product card in force at the time of purchase. Prices will remain fixed and invariable until a different site update.
Prices are expressed in Euros and are inclusive of VAT if you visit website from the European Union and VAT excluded if you visit website form a country outside the European Union. Prices shown DO NOT include shipping costs. Any additional charges (such as taxes, shipping, etc.) will be reported separately along with the price.
You can choose the following payment terms:

Payment process is done through an external gateway (Universal Pay) with enhanced security and on-the-go reporting. Rothmans Racing do not collect neither store your personal data nor your credit card numbers during the transaction.
Each product is covered by warranty for defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions or defects for a period of one (1) year for the original invoice date according to the modalities and the specified terms. Should any defect product is detected, it must be reported to us within 14 days of discovery by written notice: See our Returns & Exchanges Policy and the guidelines reported therein.
Rothmans Racing agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair and defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on original dated sales receipt.
The photographs included in our online store and web sites are indicative and, for technical reasons, may present the product in a way that does not exactly fit the reality.
Rothmans Racing disclaims any liability for any changes to the product’s features or packings by the manufacturer.

Online dispute resolution for consumers
The consumer in Europe must be aware that the European Commission has set up an online platform providing an alternative dispute resolution tool. This tool can be used by the European consumer to resolve any dispute relating to and / or arising out of contracts for the sale of goods and services entered into on the network. As a result, if you are a European consumer, you can use this platform to resolve any dispute arising out of the online contract stipulated with the Owner.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
The products are delivered by Express Courier with a minimum time of 24h depending on the area for which the shipment is intended.
It is the exclusive task of Rothmans Racing to select the appropriate and most convenient express courier once the customer’s order has been received and accepted (or paid).
It is not possible from the customer to select a specific express courier.
Most of the items on our site are in stock ready for delivery, so the shipment is typically made within 24h from the day of the order.
The products in stock are marked in green below the item description section, the out-of-stock products are marked in orange.
It is possible to view the quantities in real time of most items present in stock. However, these quantities do not always correspond to the items in the store, so we always invite you to contact us to request detailed availability at email@example.com.
Products out of stock are normally ordered at the time of request and may take several days to be delivered. We invite you to contact us for details at firstname.lastname@example.org.
THE GOODS TRAVEL TO RISK AND DANGER OF THE BUYER
Any damage or tampering with the packaging must be immediately notified to the person making the delivery. In this case, we invite the recipient to REFUSE the delivery, or to accept it by writing in the appropriate space the word “I ACCEPT WITH CIRCUMSTANCED RESERVE” and describing in detail (always in writing) the nature of the damage, after opening the packaging and packaging goods IN THE PRESENCE of the courier’s address.
In case of refusal of the delivery or of a circumstantial reserve by the recipient, we kindly ask the buyer to inform RothmansRacing by sending an e-mail to email@example.com.
By accepting the delivery and signing the courier’s document (in double copy: customer and courier), WITHOUT writing in writing any REPRESENTATIVE RESERVE, no objection will be accepted.
All our shipments, subject to availability of the material in our warehouse, are delivered in Spain by express courier with expected delivery times from 24h to 48h.
Most of our apparel articles are printed on demand, and might be shipped to you from different manufacturing locations in the world. This means that you might get multiple product delivery notes related to each shipment (each of them with its own tracking number).
We do not reveal you for any delays on deliveries by the courier.

Starting from € 3.69 plus taxes for orders up to € 99.98 (variable based on the weight calculated automatically in the shopping cart and shown before the conclusion of the order contract).
EUROPEAN COMMUNITY COUNTRIES
(with the exception of MALTA, CYPRUS, REMOTE AREAS such as islands, etc.)
Express Courier / traceable by tracking number.
Starting from € 8.99 plus taxes for orders up to € 99.98 (variable based on the weight calculated automatically in the shopping cart and the country destination and shown before the conclusion of the order contract).
NON UE EUROPEAN COUNTRIES
Starting from € 9.99 (variable depending on the country of destination, and weight, calculated automatically in the shopping cart and shown before the conclusion of the order contract).
Shipping is not free for Malta and Cyprus.
Supplements are accountable in case of shipments in REMOTE AREAS, and in particular for PARTICULARLY VOLUMINOUS PACKAGES.
In fact, the store.rothmansracing.com website automatically calculates shipping costs based on the actual weight of the goods while in most cases the express courier calculates the volumetric weight of the package.
Rothmans Racing reserves the right to notify the customer upon receipt of the order, prior to shipment, requesting this amount of money. In these particular cases, both the customer and Rothmans Racing have the right to cancel the order (with reimbursement or by voucher) if the extra shipping costs are not satisfactory for one of the two parts.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a “Problem report” to our email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
Be aware that Rothmans may require at least a photo to be submitted with your problem report, to better evaluate your claim. Therefore it is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays.
After a claim has been tentatively approved, a return address will be given to you from our customer service team. When we receive a returned shipment, an email notification will be sent to you.
Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.
If Rothmans facility address isn’t used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or to your given address (if and as applicable).
Rothmans does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
We do NOT refund orders due to wrong size selection. However, please contact us and explain the reasons why you want to swap sizes. If our Customer service team accepts your claim, you would be given instructions on how to proceed.
You would need to ship us back the “wrong sized goods” at your expense, and eventually place a new order following our team´s instructions.
Notification for EU consumers:
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
- the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
- sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
therefore Rothmans reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
Returns and exchanges guidelines
- Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the item is in brand new condición. Apparel must have hangtags attached and the original packaging.
- Items eligible for a return or exchange must be within 30 days of delivery.
- Please allow up to 15 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed.
- Non EU customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our facility. Please reach out to our customer service team to initiate an international return.

- Items purchased in-store must be returned in-store. Items purchased online must be returned through our website.
